Live Jazz Singer at TCS London Marathon Fundraiser | Essex Charity Event

Last Friday, I had the absolute pleasure of performing at a wonderful TCS London Marathon fundraiser in Essex, supporting Kirsty Gough as she raises money for Bowel Cancer UK.
The evening was a brilliant charity quiz night and raffle, bringing together friends, family and the local community for a night filled with generosity, laughter and support. I was honoured to provide live music for the event, performing a selection of jazz and swing favourites to complement the atmosphere.
Not only did I get to perform, but I also joined in with the quiz (which was one of the best I’ve done in a long time!) - and of course, fully enjoyed the pick ’n’ mix table… twice!
The event raised over £700 for Bowel Cancer UK, which is an incredible achievement and a testament to the kindness and community spirit in the room.
As a jazz singer based in London and Essex, it’s always so special to be part of meaningful events like this - particularly those supporting such important causes.
Kirsty - wishing you all the very best as you take on the TCS London Marathon at the end of April. You’ve done something amazing already, and I know you’re going to smash it.
If you’re able to support, please consider donating and helping Kirsty reach her fundraising goal.
